Privacy Policy
75 Glow Up ("we", "our", "us") is built and operated by Victor Lafforgue. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we keep it safe. We do not sell your personal data. We do use analytics and advertising tools to understand how the app and this website are used and to measure our ads — those are described in full below.
What we collect
- Account — your name and an email address. If you use Apple Sign-In, Apple gives us a relay email so we never see your real one. If you use Google Sign-In, we receive your Google email and name. Stored in our Supabase project (United States region).
- Challenge progress — which tasks you check off, your streak, your water count, the days you completed.
- Social layer — your username, the friends you follow, the challenges you create or join, and any content you report to us.
- Progress photos — only if you choose to take them. Stored in your private bucket on our Supabase project. We do not look at them.
- Sticker collages — only if you create and save them.
- Usage & product analytics — screens you view, features you use, and in-app events, plus a device identifier, so we can improve the app and measure our marketing.
- Diagnostics — crash reports and basic device info (model, iOS version).
What we never collect
- Your contacts, location, microphone, or health data.
- Your password — Apple and Google handle authentication.
- We never sell your personal data to anyone.
Third parties we use
- Apple — App Store sign-in, in-app purchase receipts, push notifications.
- Google (google.com) — Google Sign-In, if you choose it.
- Supabase (supabase.com) — database, authentication, photo storage. Hosted in the United States.
- RevenueCat (revenuecat.com) — handles your subscription status. They see a pseudonymous user ID and your purchase events.
- PostHog (posthog.com) — product analytics and session insights. EU-hosted. Tied to a pseudonymous ID.
- Mixpanel (mixpanel.com) — product analytics on app usage and events, tied to a pseudonymous ID.
- AppsFlyer (appsflyer.com) — measures which ad or link brought you to the app (attribution), using a device identifier.
- Meta (meta.com) — the Meta Pixel on this website and app conversion measurement, so we can see whether our ads work and show relevant ads. Meta may match this to your Facebook/Instagram account.
These providers process data on our behalf to run and improve the app and to measure and target our advertising. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it beyond the providers listed here.
Advertising & measurement
We run ads on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. To measure whether those ads work, we use the tools above (Meta Pixel, AppsFlyer, and Apple's privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork). On iOS we only use your device's advertising identifier if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can opt out of tracking at any time in your device's iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and in your browser via cookie/tracking controls.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is active. If you delete your account in-app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account), we remove your records and photos within 30 days.
Your rights (GDPR, CCPA, DPDP)
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete it entirely. Email support@75glowup.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
75 Glow Up is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy materially, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
